01.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 5gcuci ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This Agreement governs the use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by 5gcuci.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, accessing your account, or using any part of the 5gcuci platform, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein as well as our Privacy Policy.

This agreement takes effect upon completion of your account registration and remains in force for as long as your account is active or until terminated by either party in accordance with the stated terms.

02.Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 5gcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by law in your region of residence, whichever is higher.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not designated as a prohibited player under any applicable self-exclusion programme.
• Not accessing the service from a region or country where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Only register one account only per individual, IP address, email address, phone number, or device.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice, and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

03.Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

5gcuci supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your funds secure.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name.
• 5gcuci does not accept funds from third parties or loans.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• All withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes following complete account verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal limits until the verification process is complete.
• 5gcuci reserves the right to request additional documents before processing large withdrawals for legal compliance purposes.

04.Bonus and Promotions Policy

5gcuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Every bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus credit.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, device, IP address, or household unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash and cannot be transferred to other users.
• 5gcuci reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.
• Repeatedly placing minimum bets solely to meet rollover requirements is considered bonus abuse.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time and making their first deposit.

05.Game Rules

All games offered on the 5gcuci platform are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found within the game interface itself. The following general rules apply to all games on the 5gcuci platform:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent bodies to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.
• Any game outcome that occurs during a technical disruption on the player's side is void and the wagered amount will be returned to the member's account.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game version displayed to the player and the 5gcuci server, the server version shall serve as the definitive reference.
• 5gcuci reserves the right to cancel or suspend any game at any time if there is evidence of interference, manipulation, or a technical bug affecting the integrity of the game.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection remains stable during game sessions. 5gcuci is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity disruptions on the player's end.

06.Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of 5gcuci's commitment to legal compliance and anti-money laundering, all members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is processed or when requested by 5gcuci.

Documents that may be required during the KYC process include:

• A copy of a valid and current identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last 3 months).
• Bank account statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• If required, a selfie holding your identity document for further verification purposes.

All submitted documents will be processed securely and confidentially in accordance with the 5gcuci Privacy Policy. This information is used solely for verification and legal compliance purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

07.Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. 5gcuci recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including the 5gcuci support team — we will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Notify the 5gcuci support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5gcuci shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to properly safeguard your account credentials.

08.Account Suspension and Closure

5gcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time and without prior notice if any of the following situations arise:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, falsification of information, or any activity indicating intent to deceive the platform or other members.
• Use of more than one account by the same individual.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions in any form.
• Use of third-party software, bots, or automated methods to play.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or terrorism financing.
• A member's own request to close their account.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, 5gcuci reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds in that account. For closures not involving a breach, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the review process.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 5gcuci support team via Live Chat or Telegram.

09.Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 5gcuci, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including server outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand the game rules or bonus terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

In all circumstances, 5gcuci's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10.Amendment of Terms and Conditions

5gcuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the 5gcuci platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining funds before the new terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate legal channels. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on this page, with the most recent update date stated at the top of the document.
